Have an elderly family member whose husband recently passed and I’m helping to sell his optics collection. He was a very detailed oriented individual who took extreme care of everything he owed and only bought high quality products. All of these glasses are safe queens and therefore all look brand new.
I hate to do this. It is in completely bad form. I do appologize in advance, but What are we looking at here? I’m seeing a lot of this. This account says guy has been a member since 2004 yet has two posts.

I’ve been here so long I don’t remember how I got started on the classifieds. I do remember I started buying before I started selling. I built crecitability that way. Anybody else got an idea in how this guy can start building cred here in the fire?

So guy started an account 19 years ago, not to ask about some mounts, but so he could chit somebody in the future over some binoculars. Most scammers aren't quite that patient...

Coppi, you may be legit man. I’m always willing to give the benefit of the doubt. There is some good input here. Your creditability from another site, say Sniper’s hide, for instance would go along way. I’ve seen that.
Some may not have read Ricks warning, but what he said is that older “unused” accounts are being hacked, and then used in just this manner. So, apologies, but if you want cred here, you are gonna have to take steps. Good luck with your sale.

Understand & appreciate the concern. Definitely open to talking with anyone that it actually interested. I don't post much on forums such as this, but definitely have spent my time on Rokslide, MonsterMuleys, Hunting Washington (my home state), etc. I just tend to respond with private/direct messages. All really nice & exceptional glass as the owners was more of a collector than 'user'.
