Congrats, you paid 80 bucks to make it easier for debris to get inside your action.
Should've put the $$ towards a decent scope and rings. There’s always one in every crowd. Oh sorry, LOOKS REALLY COOL! 🤪 Is the real issue you ain’t got 80 bucks? No I think the real issue is you can't spell creedmoor. I used LRI yrs ago and realized it was a waste of money, first hand. But keep showing your azz. Your time is better spent flexing in your mirror and throwing kisses 😘 at yourself than talking about firearms. And we all know it. Lol 🦫

Nice. How does your 6.5 shoot?
Just picked up one myself in same make/model/cartridge, but only shot one box of the cheapest factory ammo to make sure it functions and shows some promise, before it got dropped off for a barrel cut and thread. Typical Tikka, very accurate in my opinion, 140 grain Berger VLDs with H4350, Possibly the most accurate load and rifle I own, 127g LRX with Varget or H4350, still around a .75 gun, And of course Karen mentioned I need new rings and a scope, so there’s that…………. The only thing left that I wish was available for this rifle is a trigger tech trigger or similar, Maybe someday that would be a possibility, fingers crossed.

So let me get this straight, I'm a "karen"? Ok then what is the grown man upset that a stranger didnt immediately congratulate him on a worthless aesthetic "upgrade" to his rifle?
You are projecting. "Facelifts" are for old vain women.
Oh and p.s., factory tikka triggers are fine...from the factory. It's not some p.o.s. 700 for phugg sake. Save your trigger pennies and buy some sportsmatch rings.

I wouldn't change the trigger out if I were you. The Tikka triggers are very good and extremely reliable under adverse conditions. The Rem 700 style triggers, while also very good, are not as reliable when dirt or ice is introduced to them. If you would like more adjustability, a quick spring change-out will get you where you want to be.

Mushy feeling on the trigger take up,
I don’t mind the weight or anything else, It has a spongy feeling that I don’t care for,
Any ideas?

Living in facelift-kenny's head, rent free.
I applaud the thread protector, it serves an actual purpose.

Should've put the $$ towards a decent scope and rings. Bingo So you’re both tools. It’s none of our business what the man spends his money on. If you don’t like it or don’t think it’s worth the money move along. Pretty childish to cut down a mans gun who is showing it off not asking for opinions.

Pretty childish is insulting someone , that happens a lot here. He can spend his money anyway he wants but the fact is fluting serves no purpose other than visual. It does introduce dirt to the inside of the action.

If you don’t like the look or think the juice isn’t worth the squeeze fine. If it makes you feel better to put his rifle down that he’s clearly pleased with go for it. Spare us the dirt in the action bs. If dirt is going in then it’s going in flutes or no flutes. Save that silly mess for the next use enough gun anti suppressor meeting.

I agree with the other poster that dirt is introduced into the action with flutes. That is a fact no BS. Thats the extent of my post. I want you to dig up any post I have ever made on this site where I criticized what someone else has built or any item they were selling.

The sole purpose of fluting that bolt was ‘visual’, Mission completed perfectly. The dirt introduction is so pointless I won’t even address it. You guys ok with the matte black finish on the scope? Interested on your thoughts on that has well. Caliber or cartridge need to be changed or discussed while were at it? Please do feel free to tell me what I should buy or spend my money on, after all, this is all about you.

Jeez, kenneth... If you are so worried about 'visual', what's up with those silver rings that don't match the scope?.......bwahaha

Color, and vertical or horizontal split. LOL! Don, you go first!
