manufacture date please , it looks like it just came out of the box , plus a no 15 and 24 catalogue and a red dot front sight.

www.savagelevers.com says it was made in 1942.  Sounds like a great snag!

a checkered pre-WWII 250-3000 EG in 99% condition. It doesn't get much better than that. It was not cheep but its mine when i finish paying for it in a few weeks cant pass it by at a gun show , i knew it might be there this time. Can someone post me a pic of the red bead sight that was on the T and any markings that are on it. I got one with this purchase and want to know if it is the right one ,,, smile thanks Norm
