He would be crazy to do so. Russia has no "territorial ambitions". It has responded to constant murdering and torturing Russian speaking Ukrainians i those regions that have traditionally spoke Russian. The Biden administration tried it's best to fast track Ukraine into NATO so they could weaponize the border of Russia. Putin warned them what would happen if they pursued this course and they did it anyway. Obama's puppet government set up in 2014 by Victoria Nuland is crumbling in spite of all the war materiel we have heaped on Zelenskyy as well as over 100 billion dollars of taxpayer money. Obama built many bioweapon labs in Ukraine.
