Of those listed... Varget. Personal favorite is R17 by a large margin.

I’d for sure give the sta-ball a try. It has worked great for me. I settled on 160 grain bullets at 2760fps as my most accurate load but took them over 2800 and accuracy was still 1.5 inches at 100 yards

Which powder would you choose to start with first?

Check Hodgdon's website, all of the powders you listed give good to excellent velocity with the weight bullet you've selected. I have personally loaded Varget, H4350, and Staball with 139 gr Horn SPs and have gotten the best consistent results with H4350, also with a little more velocity than their data showed. Enjoy that cartridge it's a dandy.

H4350 then Varget would be my choice. I much prefer Hodgdon's extreme powders as I do a lot of my shooting at 90+ degrees and most hunting in cooler weather. May not make a difference but the less temp sensitive powders are what I prefer.

I'm not a fan of the 139 SSTs, but I sure do like the 139 Interlocks. Both, my Montana and Classic Select, shoot .75" consistently with the following: (and SSTs should do the same)

139 Interlock seated .042 off. Coal=2.800
Hornady brass
CCI 200
Varget 43.5 @2815 fps (22" tube)

I know you didn't ask, but here's another that they both like.

140 TTSX seated .064 off. COAL= 2.812
Hornady brass
CCI 200
Big Game 48.5 @ 2962 fps

As with all loads, start lower and work up.
