I once upon a time thought about selling out here and buying land in eastern Wyoming Black Hills region but I found out land is just as expensive and a lot drier than where we live. And it seems to sell in real big chunks or little parcels. Not much in the way of 200 to 400 acres.
And another problem was the lady I live with wasn't willing to move away from the kids and grand kids. I told her they would follow us soon enough but she wasn't willing to take that chance.
