I saw a video years ago of a fire chief giving a talk about how schools have built in fire suppression, and no kid has been lost to a school fire in years. He goes on to say if we treated the potential for school shootings the same way we do about fires, we could dramatically reduce or even eliminate the threat. He’s not talking about gun control, but shooter control.
Does anyone remember this vid? I can’t find it and I’d love to see it again.

We prepare for lots of things. medicine on hand. Spare tires. Fire extinguishers. But we don't care about our kids safety. I've said this for years.
