Finally got the boat out for the first time this year over the weekend. The fishing..... wasn't good 🤣 Little baby handstabber channels were about all that was biting. Finally got the boat out for the first time this year over the weekend. The fishing..... wasn't good 🤣 Little baby handstabber channels were about all that was biting. The water is still pretty high and cold... fishing should pick up in a couple weeks as long as we don't get dumped on too badly with rain. Slow at Buchanan in Central Texas also and gills were slow on my cousins big pond in East Texas.
