Last software compsny my wife worked at tried forcing this on them she was at a director level. She says no she wasn’t doing it. CEO forced her to. So she put hers as “ya’ll” (she’s a Texican). He told her she couldn’t t use that. She said if he wanted to play genes, she was all about it. He threatened her with firing. She threatened him with lawsuit discriminating against her roots. All the other employees joined in her rebellion. CEO gave up. She quit a few months later.

I simply do not acknowledge it at all.
I do not and will not play that game. In the past X amount of years there have been a bunch of basically made up words/labels that essentially say that someone is a victim and it is someone else's fault.
In person I am a quiet, respectful and reserved individual as long as you respect my boundaries and don't push your nonsense on me. People tend to be shocked at what happens when the quiet guy is no longer quiet.
Keep your word game stupidity to yourself.
