You guys are a bunch of enablers,...I just pulled the trigger on a Mini in 6 ARC through Dahlonega.

Now I need dies, brass and probably a different powder.

Gotta hate when that happens....enablers, that is. cry

Bunch of powders work. I've got Varget, CFE223, LeverRevolution and Pro Varmint on the shelf. Should be able to find something that'll propel 87gr VMaxs, and 100gr Partitions outta that.

I've got a few boxes of Sierra 85 gr. HPBT's and some 65 Vmaxes for now. Partitions are still unobtanium.

Seems like brass is the biggest hurdle at the moment. 💁‍♂️

Agree with brass being unobtainable. That said, factory ammo, at least the 103s and 108s seem to be on the shelves most places I've been. No the optimum means of acquiring brass but it works albeit a little pricier. Necking down and trimming 6.5 Grendel brass is an alternative, but I haven't run across any of that in my travels.

I'm still waiting for mine to ship. Did either Dahlonega or Hicks send you a tracking number?

I didn’t get an email from them but if you created a login for Delongha you can go to your order page and it has a tracking number. Mine arrived at my dealer yesterday according to UPS.

They confirmed they received the info from my FFL holder on Monday, but still no tracking available on my account. Just wondering if they're usually a few days between orders and shipping as the norm?

I believe I am going to sell mine (bbled action, heavy, 6mm ARC and Stocky's Carbon Fiber "blem". Both brand new-in-box, but too many guns. frown If anyone is interested, PM me. (See Classifieds).

My rifle arrived yesterday. Now the hard part comes, trying to find brass to load.

Dumb question but I can’t seem to find a straight answer…are we running Remington 700 bases on these?

You can, but the Remington 700 specific Talley mounts overhang the port.

I'm using Burris 2 piece made for 700's on mine. Low, strong, and you can flip the front one if you want a little extra ring spacing:
