That's a Quaker Boy call.
It was custom crafted and hand tuned by Dick Kirby. Not sure why it would not have gotten signed.........

Hold the box part in your weak hand and the little striker board between the tips of the thumb and middle finger of your strong hand.
Some people run the striker across the soundboard of the box. Some people hold the striker still and run the soundboard across it.
