For sale is a JM-stamped Marlin 1894 CS in .357 mag./.38 Special, 18.5-inch barrel. Comes with original box and manual. It is in very good condition with the exception of a crack in the buttstock. It feeds 357 well and also the couple brands of .38 special that I tried. $1,200 shipped lower 48 (where legal). I am not an FFL so your dealer must be willing to accept the gun from a non-FFL, I will include a copy of my driver's license. Payment in the form of a personal check (will have to clear before gun ships) or USPS money order. You can grab a new buttstock for around 150.. makes this a very good deal on a 1894c jm
