The cop needs to carry and learn a rope, would have saved a lot of effort. Cop referred to his horse as “girl” for most of the video, then said good boy at the end of the chase. Covering his bases? Black Cows Matter!

A dirt bike and skilled rider could have hauled a$$ in that situation.
