In a small flat rate box, I can get up to ten packs of items 1 to 3 and two packs of #9.

Or up to four packs of #4 to #8, two packs #1 to#3, two packs #9.

#1 to #3 are in CCI 50 round 22LR plastic boxes.

#4 to #8 are in CCI 100 round 22LR plastic boxes.

#9 are in plastic pouches.

I can check what other amounts would fit.
