Russian politician turned dissident, Ponomarev, says that Russian Resistance Fighters within Russia are the responsible party for the drones in the Kremlin area of Moscow and other locales.
Ponomarev stated that the Russian Resistance Fighters are a growing group within Russia with many being members of the Russian military.
Their avowed goal is to put Putin out and restore Russia as a democratic nation not ruled by a president for life.

The news I'm seeing is that Kiev got hit with 15 KH-101 air launched missiles early this morning. I had to Google KH-101 missile.
