More ribesez;

We had bulgogi ribs, plus vegetables and some garlic bread.

Last of the ribz;

Chipped pork loin, peas, and gravy over rice. No pictures needed “it looks like dog food”.

Raining here, so went with comfort food;

I had a strip steak seared on cast iron with a side of green beans smothered with bacon and onions. Even so, the pics of those crawfish cakes and remoulade make me hungry again.

I have to have that recipe, PLEASE.

Last nights leftover pasta & old cheddar;



Bacon, egg, aged cheddar & sweet baby rays;

No recipe. Diced Scallions, green pepper, celery, garlic, juice of 1/2 lemon, a dollop of mayo, some cajun seasoning, salt, pepper, 2 or 3 eggs, crawfish tail meat and start adding breadcrumbs until you get the consistency to hold together. After cakes were made I put them in the fridge for about 20 mins and they binded up even more. Sprinkled some blackened seasoning on them and sautéed, about 5 min a side in a mix of butter and olive oil. Easy weeknight meal.

We went to the farmers market so it was a garden supper. New taters and green beans, cornbread, and some Cole slaw.

Beef ribs on the bbq. Damn I love ‘em.

Grilled grouper, smashed cauliflower rounds and a salad.
