I just picked up a beautiful custom rifle at the Tulsa Gunshow and would like to find out as much as I can about the builder. His name was Joe Hollingsworth and he was a builder from Kentucky. I've found very little about him online but from what I did find out he was a very good man. I found out he was very big in the shotgun community and he did some custom rifles also. Any info I can find would be appreciated. I'll post pictures of the rifle when I get home.
His name comes up a few times in the Gun Digest Review of Custom Guns edited by Ken Warner. His address comes up as Holingsworth's Guns, Route 1, Box 55B, Alvaton, Kentucky 42122
