Probably already in a recession, the data just hasn’t confirmed it yet.

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Wayyyyy out of my wheelhouse. IMO, a recession is inevitable following the inflation we have had. With the Fed raising interest rates to stabilize the economy, it almost has to happen.
Lets Go Brandon!!!
to be fair, he wasn't the guy in office when we shut down the country and started passing out money faster than a Vegas dealer deals.

Exactly- as long as the talking heads in the media deny it, it has not happened. The Pandering Pedophile's representatives on Twitter are telling everyone how well his economic plan is working

Recession? Try depression. Exactly. We are already in a recession. I'm pretty tired of this fu cking administration. FJB!!!! Stupid sob's..
I try to stick with the basics, they do so well. Nothing fancy mind you, just plain jane will get it done with style. You want to see an animal drop right now? Shoot him in the ear hole. BSA MAGA

Traditionally, 2 consecutive quarters of negative GDP indicated a recession. We’ve long had that already, yet FJB gets a pass thanks to the corrupt MSM.

We live in a cyclical economy, or at least did. Recessions affect different demographics differently. I don’t see our area being effected nearly as much as others unless this is it and the American experiment ends here. If I was an auto worker in Detroit, a tech worker in an urban hub, a Mercedes car dealer etc… I’d be worried. Theres been 1000’s of townhomes built here in the last 5 years, right now, there’s 2-3 for sale on MLS. Bidding wars for under $300k homes, no lots available to buy. Population growth nuts and will continue this worse things get as urban flight accelerates.

Saw more temporary tags on expensive vehicles this weekend then I have in the past. It is the American way, spend like there is no tomorrow, borrow to keep up with the neighbors, and go into tremendous debt. Meanwhile, I am biding my time, driving a 21 yr old pickup and staying out of debt while selling my properties off so I can retire at some point.

"Recession risk now at 70%" This is like saying "70% chance of rain" when you already have an inch of water in the rain gauge...

People buying 80k vehicles with 5-10k down.. SMFH

I am no economist by any means... But in my 77 yrs in this vale of tears, every time crude oil went to the corrected price of $100 a barrel...we had a real recession. I think crude is trading at 70 this morning, and those are inflationary Biden Bucks. Historically, I just don't see a real, painful recession coming...unless, the Fed starts tinkering with the gears.
Well this is a fine pickle we're in, should'a listened to Joe McCarthy and George Orwell I guess.

Market has cooled for sure How do you argue that a recession has already started when enemployment just DROPPED below3.5%? When the average time on the market for homes is under 60 days? When new job openings are over a quarter million? When wage growth is beating the rate of inflation?

Housing market which was red hot( 2 week listing or less before ). A neighbor sold their home after a month and the deal fell thru because of financing. ITs back on the market. Local layoffs in what was a red hot job market. Wage growth beating inflation in what universe?
