I strongly suspect that there's many ethnic Russian citizens of Ukraine who are providing intelligence to the Russian military about the storage locations of armaments coming from the west. It only makes sense. Ukranians treated its citizens of Russian origin very badly,..and it would be easy for an ethnic Russian Ukranian to blend in, obviously.
