Buddy of mine had a steer butchered and asked me if I wanted the neckbones. Heck Yea I 'll try them. My wife got them out and seasoned and floured them. Browned in olive oil in a cast iron dutch oven. Cooked down some onions and garlic. Deglazed the pot with red wine. Put the onions and meat back in the pot covered with beef stock. Simmered 4 hours. Man was it good. Tender and rich tasting. Nice thick brown gravy.

Took mama and the boys out for lobster rolls this afternoon. They were killer.
Just finished some ribeye and a salad for dinner.
