As New...I'm not the original owner...I don't remember where I bought it but Good Luck finding any evidence of use... Awesome scope...I have several others, this is an extra, I'm not overly interested in selling but it's been collecting dust and I need to pay for unexpected expenses. $550 + $20 flat rate shipping USA Not interested in trades...Thanks.
