I'm a tried and true Remington fan. But I think the Browning is much better. It's better than the Winchester 100 too. This is a good price on a nice rifle.

Very good deal, if only it was a 280 No such thing as a Belgium 280. They did do a small run of Portugal BARs in 280 Rem in about 1990 for about 1 year, but they are scarce as hen's teeth. Been looking myself for years and when they do come up they go for astronomical $ This is a spectacular deal on this 270.

I agree, I didn’t know where the 280 was made for sure, I’ve only seen 2 of them, I have a Belgium 30-06, but yes this is a good price for sure.

Still made in Belgium…as are all BARs. *assembly wasnt that big of a deal and BARs have gotten better with each type.
