Karl built another nail driver. Finally took it for a test run this week. Here are the results. Both targets resemble 3 shot groups at 100yds. Old Rem 700 SA Hawkins BM G&H McMillan Edge Filled Stock Hart #2 flutted @ 22” Leupold HD 2.5x8 Weighs well under 7lbs fully loaded. Shooting both 80gr GMX & 90GR BTs with superformance powder. Hornady Brass

Damn, that’s about perfect right there!
Ping pong balls for the win. Once you've wrestled everything else in life is easy. Dan Gable I keep my circle small, I’d rather have 4 quarters than 100 pennies.
Ain’t easy havin pals.

Here’s a preemptive time stamped “I’ll take it” in case that thing ever comes up on the chopping block! Awesome bud!

Pappy, Do you have any secret loads you'd care to divulge? No secrets; 95gr BTs or LRXs over H4350 or StaBall 6.5. Don’t need to push very hard around here, and the Fieldcraft is pretty easy to please and puts any of it pretty much in the same place. I’ve yet to kill anything with it but a couple of foxes, but my son borrowed it to shoot a deer a couple of years ago on a nearby farm. A pleasant surprise was the 100 rounds of Norma 107gr Match ammo for $21 a box. Shoots very well and I’ll have some nice brass when it’s gone.

What’s the twist? My 6CM has a 1:7.5 and loves the 105 Hybrids which have been absolutely stunning on deer and hogs.

Much the same here as my FC seems to shoot factory and handloads all well but I do like the 95 LRX over RL16. The LRX has acounted for a couple wolves and a caribou. RL16 seems about interchangeable with H4350.
