Three months ago a body of a two year old child was found in a condemned house here in Lynchburg, strangled and left for the rats. Didn't even make the paper.

There are a lot of people who shouldn't have kids, pets, horses, cows, etc........... There are a lot of people that just need to be put down. Preferably before they breed. Heard of one recently around here. Her cousin is raising one kid (boy, sexually abused by dad and step dad, 12 years old with felony charges) and going for adoption. Two in foster homes. Has custody of 1 year old that got into moms stash, was taken to the hospital and narcaned two weeks ago, still in ICU. And she is pregnant.
