Earlybrd: My wife was a beautician when we met and later after we married we opened her own very successful beauty shop. Which she ran for 27 years until we retired and she sold it. She has been cutting my hair for 50 years maybe a little more. I figure I have saved at least $10,000.00 in hair maintenance fees over that time - all of which I diverted to my gun and Hunting hobbies. LOTS of money in the "hair business" - especially "ladies hair"! Hold into the wind VarmintGuy

My wife is a licensed hair stylist with 35 years of experience. Yes, she cuts mine and threatens violence if I even suggest going to a barber.

What is this "haircut" thing you speak of?

Nope. Just saw my barber today. Little more than I like $$ but he’s solid
All of them do something better than the 30-06, but none of them do everything as well.

Since the shutdown yes, it doesn't look great, but it's a heck of a lot easier than taking time out of the day.

Been cutting my own for nearly 30 years.
No telling how much $$ I've saved.

I'm about a third bald. I cut mine outside on the back patio myself. I cut it as short as possible once a week. In the winter, I cut it in the basement over a trash can. I don't shave my head with a razor, I just buzz it. I can honestly say I wouldn't mess with a full head of hair.

Been cutting my own hair for about 20 years now.
I use a hand held mirror while looking in the big mirror to check out the back,to make sure I don't miss anything.

I usually cut my own and let her trim up my neck. No more hair than I have, it is more a game of hide and seek... Same here^^ Mine is actually licensed as a cosmetologist but hasn't done that for over 35 years[just keeps her license up].

If I nag enuf. I've taken to a couple reminders over the next week or 10 days , then I hit the barber shop. She hates those haircuts, but that's on her, then. I don't particularly like her haircuts- she leaves it too long - but $13 is $13! Plus diesel for 20 miles RT. I'm due now and she's going Outside for a week, today, so I won't have to hear it until she gets back. Works for me!
