Olive oil with some garlic powder, onion powder, lemon pepper, baste on the fish. Air fry at 400 for 5 minutes in the basket (longer for thicker pieces of fish).

Liking the lamb loin chops.had some last week myself. Good call.

Thank you !!

Always looking for new tricks to try, as fish is an abundant protein for us.

I can not understand, why so many north Americans, have an aversion to lamb ?!?!

It doesn't make any sense.

No one living today has ever been exposed to the old cull ewe or buck that was fed to the help.

Most Americans don't like the taste of meat...honestly. Lamb is too flavorful!

Today's pork is flavorless....chicken too.

Plus....no one...besides a handful of us know how to cook it.

It's greasy, gamey and dried out.

Leg of Lamb is amazing, what most people don't do is take out the gland in the leg, which produces the Lamb Odor. Because I do this my legs have no odor while cooking.

I debone my legs, take out the gland, and butterfly it. Then I marinade it for 24 hours with a wet rub I make with olive oil, tons of garlic, old-fashioned grainy mustard, lots of cumin, and rosemary, then I BBQ it. I also insert garlic slivers into the meat as well.

I serve it with my Caesar salad, and roasted potatoes with Mint Sauce.

AMAZING every time and everyone loves my lamb.
