Probably swaged. If it were cast there would be a parting line where the blocks split and the N would be problematic due to the parting line if it were a nose pour or the sprue would be there on a base pour mold.
I've seen N's stamped on the bases of old Norma bullets. Looked suspiciously like this one. Are you sure it's a cast bullet? The RH pic looks a lot like a jacketed bullet, but I could be wrong.

Not 100% sure it is cast, my buddy has the bullet I just took a couple of pics. There looks to be some copper on the bullet but that could be from previous rounds through the barrel. I'm not sure.
Does it have a gas check on it? The pic on the right shows a line near the bottom that almost looks like a check. That's hoe some of mine looked when I put the check on before powder coating. Now I usually powder coat first snd then put a check on.

No mold will make that mark. It is being put there when it is sized or formed. It is not a cast lead bullet, at least the side profile does not look like it.
