1978 JM Marlin .44 Mag. I decided to keep my 1976 and let this one go. It has the following upgrades... Ranger Point Medium Loop Lever (the factory straight stock levers always chew up my middle finger) Wild West Trigger (breaks at about 3 pounds, a hair less if I remember correctly when I measured it) Wild West Bear Proof Ejector, and Wild West Aluminum Follower. It also has a JM hammer spur on it. I also have all of the original parts that were replaced to go with the rifle. The gun is used and has been hunted. It is in good used condition. I can text or email more pictures to anybody interested in. I am asking $1,100 shipped from myself to your FFL. FFL to FFL will be an added cost of whatever my gun store charges me.

Thanks for the kind words guys! It is a great rig. Has signs of use on it, but it is still in great shape for an almost 50 year old gun that has been hunted. It really is a joy to shoot with the trigger and lever that's on it. The Ranger Point Lever really cycles and catches the bolt lock way better than the factory for a tight latch when closed.
They really are! Which also brings up something I forgot to mention, as some people think microgroove barrels won't shoot cast or that lever guns won't cycle SWC's. This one and my 1976 shoot lights out with 240 grain semi wad cutters sized to .430, and they cycle without a hitch.
