I remember my parents going to their doctors appointments together and making a day of it - stopping for lunch or dinner afterwards.

Now my wife and I are continuing that family tradition.

I need a faster motorcycle… You guys paint a rosy damn picture. I am 50 and other than hurting all the time someplace or several, I am healthy and strong. Work younger guys into the dirt all the time. But this lack of good sleep is going to be a problem at some point.

Had a wicked ear infection a few years back, took one of those OxyContin my wife had left from a surgery so I could get to sleep. Damn if I didn’t sleep all night. It knocked the edge off the ear pain, but cut down all the other aches too.

Happens to me frequently now, along with being addressed as "Sir" by younger folks.

I'm 31, but my lower back makes me feel like an old man.

Aches and pains are God’s way of letting you know you’re still alive. Who wants to die healthy? Eat healthy, no good food or drink and get to spend an extra 2-3 years in a nursing home
at the end of your life. Choices.
