Looking forward to seeing it. I'm assuming that when you say "BBQing", you mean grill? Or are you smoking it?

I picked up my youngest son and DIL from the Spokane Airport today for a weeks visit. Today is her birthday, 25, and she was craving (5 months pregnant) chicken parmesan. I bought all of the kit yesterday and my son just nailed the meal. His "trick" (I have seen on the cooking channels) is to fry one breast at a time to keep the pan hot then throw it in the oven to keep warm. Crispy yet tender.
Conduct is the best proof of character.

Rick, I noticed the Butcher's Twine you used on your Pork creation, what is the Brand and what is it called, never seen it before, it looks awesome and I want to buy some? All I can find in the stores I go to is crap!
