I have a complete set of all steel (not aluminum) 3/4-inch Stith mounts for a Savage 99. The mount is in great shape and comes with a factory box, literature and an unopened packet of hardware. It too comes with a 7/8-inch front tube that will fix to the same front dovetail mounting block. The 7/8-tube is in good shape with the exception of a patch of rust on the rear left side that could be polished out with a bit of elbow grease and cold blue. I don't have the rear 7/8-inch ring for this kit but if you have one then you are set for a Lyman Alaskan. The components of this kit are put together from an accumulation of Stith parts I have ben acquiring for years. I am asking $225.00 shipped. Please PM me with interest, questions and/or pictures. PS - I forgot to mention that the box is marked for a Lyman Alaskan and it is in great shape.

I have the Lyman Alaskan to go with this and all I am missing is the 99.  Good luck on selling your very hard to find mount!

They make a great set up for a 99, iv had a bunch of them, have one 7/8 set with a pre Lyman Alaskan post on my 22HP 99

As was mentioned over on the Savage collector's Forum, a Weaver J 2.5 would be the best route to go with the 3/4 set up. However, if somebody had a 7/8 rear ring or a 1-inch rear ring with a 7/8 adaptor they would be good to go with an Alaskan or a K3.
