Wasn't cheap but I've never seen another. Very professional conversion.

I’ve seen a few 721/722 LH conversions. Never saw one in 257 though. Good find.

Did you find that at the recent Red Rock Auction in North Las Vegas?

Dale Guise in PA used to do those conversions, I believe. I tried to pick one up in 6mm at an auction a few years ago, but some others wanted it way more them I.

We bought a 721 Guise conversion a couple months back….for a song, while visiting oldest son in Mountain Home, ID.

Was rebarreled to .338 (originally .300H&H)…..side mount, Stith 4X post…..hokey 60’s wood stock with exaggerated cheek and orange wood forend tip.

The safety lever conversion is a real work of brazed art.

Fitting (modifying) a left hand synthetic…..ejection port and all.

May use it on a bear hunt this fall, if everything works out as expected.
