Bought a box of these to try out mainly for coyotes (not worried about pelt damage) and maybe deer as a back-up gun. Trying to extend my range using as high of a BC as possible in my old tang Ruger 77 with a 22 inch barrel with 1-10 twist.
Anyone have any experiences with these, favorite loads, performance etc?

I used them for a while in my 10 twist montana 243.
The killed fine but they don't work like a conventional bullet. They dig in 2 to 4 inches then start coming undone. I had a fair amount of runners with behind the shoulder shots on coyotes. Catching shoulders helped. On deer they work but may or may not exit.
They shoot really well but I ended up switching bullets. Nothing wrong with them but I went back to the 87 vmax because they were cheaper and a little more predictable.

Did you ever use the 87 Vmax for a lung shot on deer?

Yeah, it did fine on deer.
From what I've seen I wouldn't bust shoulders, even though it would probably still kill them. On lung shots they are more than ok.
That being said I still greatly prefer the 95 nbt.
