What the crap is the "ethnic intimidation act" that is apparently already law up there? You call somebody a racial slur, you go to jail?

I'm at a point in life where I no obligations, don't worry about about some snowflakes feelings, and don't care what someone may say about me. As for freedom of speech, I have it and intend to use it.
