BuzzH’s greatest accomplishment is convincing himself he can or has ever amounted to much… Typical pudgy sissy boy that got a civil service job. His attitude is common among his ilk. I've worked around quite a few of 'em. Now he can make snide insults to men he feels inferior to. Men whose boots he isn't fit to untie. Wasn’t your job Civil Service also? Of course it was. That is how I became familiar with that attitude. Buzz's attitude is not unusual especially in the federal civil service. Lot of good men work there but the worst seem to move around and move up the most. Think about it. If someone like him applied for a transfer to a higher position and you were his boss you would say "thank God" and give him a glowing recommendation. We have had some real ash-holes in the USFS transfer in as Assistant Ranger or whatever the 2nd in command position is in a USFS district, often from the west coast where they wore out their welcome. Civil service is a good thing but there are downsides.
