The Tisas Desperado and Regulator chromed combination guns, in 9mm and .38 Super, are now coming in, though it's slow going. The first batch is going to Texas, of all places, so if any of you fellers want one, start looking, they'll be in the shops soon. Those highly anticipated pistols were hung up due to plating issues, but they're supposed to be coming in now about 100 ea. per month.They are all-steel pistols, like Colt's Combat Commanders.
I've already got three Springfield Armory 9mm 1911s that I've supplied with .38 Super barrels, and I shoot them regularly, they're a lot of fun and shoot well. The Tisas guns cost about what the Springfields cost withOUT a spare pipe and magazines. I've been very happy with my SAs.
