I have been watching these guys for years, they are great.
That beef is special that's for sure hey? May have to buy some of that beef to give it a try myself, I am going to order their Bearded Black Seasoning, wish I had some for my Strip Steak I am BBQing tomorrow.

Paul, a friend got some wagyu semen and used on his Holstein dairy cattle. The resulting cross is called “Snow beef” or “American Wagyu”. The first crop will be ready this fall. Chicken farmer and I are going to split a half.
I know you get down to Toronto occasionally, so if it turns out good, I’ll let you know.
He plans to breed some of the heifers again, which will be 75%, then again will be 87.5%, which would qualify them as pure Wagyu.
