Both are great options Roy...

Which one did you pick?

If you are not actively engaging EVERY enemy you encounter... you are allowing another to fight for you... and that is cowardice... plain and simple.

Not long ago I discovered the joy of a side of chipped beef gravy with my scrambled eggs. No toast for me, but occasionally I have a few homefries to put that gravy on.

No more muffins, and even before, never a chocolate one, only fruit or nut ones. Your average coffee shop muffin probably carries 1200 or more calories; who knows how many carbs? I’ll take those calories in fried meat, seafood, eggs, and cheese, thank you.

I like a 6-egg omelet with bacon, cheese, onions, peppers, and mushrooms. Eat all that and you won't need the muffin or have the muffin top.

There is no such thing as "good buttermilk". It's rotten milk.

For my breakfast neither…I prefer fresh fruit, coffee, OJ, yogurt and granola for breakfast but I rarely eat breakfast.
