I was too busy eating the stupid thing for pictures.

It worked out to be two, three ounce patties on the flattop. Smashed really thin.

I think they only took two minutes a side to cook. Just kosher for season.

American cheese on both.

Of course the beef was ours....so muy excellent.

Dry toasted buns, mayo top bun and bottom.

Then it's just assembly time. Bottom patty gets sweet relish and yellow mustard. Top patty gets ketchup and hamburger dill chips.

Bagged shredded iceberg on top of that.

You can't shred your own and have it taste right.

Flave knows about them.

It probably doesn't matter the order...just as long as it has all those things.

Yeah, that's what we did, in the oven, too !

Was just following the instructions, that came with the Rockboxx.

850F is for Neapolitan style pizzas, which uses unmalted flour. I suggest you try your same dough at a temp of 550-650. Or, if you desire the high heat cooking, order up some 00 Italian flour or find an unmalted AP flour (usually organic is unmalted) to try. In that dough, you would just want flour, water, salt and yeast. Skip the sugar and oil for high heat Neapolitan.

Good luck, its an addicting rabbit hole!

Well, I'm not gonna lie, I ate a burntass sandwich for dinner. Let it go too long in the oven, popped out of the back door to take a shot at a couple of varmints the dogs were howling at. Came back inside and it was .....overdone.....

Whatever, the innards were edible.
