You can barely see the people in the pic now almost back to their truck. She didnt like that at all. Bass, stripers, catfish, white bass, bluegill, crappie, gasper goo, gar, carp for catfish bait. I fed her up from.my hand. Since then shes raised hers and the fawns of piss poor moms. Her hoof tips were wore down even back then. Yesterday she was pestering me for corn chips when she suddenly jerked her head up staring toward the lake. On the other side of the cove at about 800 yards she was looking at 2 people walking the beach toward the point which points toward another point on my side of the cove. Those people had her on point as they were walking TOWARD where her fawn was hidden on this side of the cove. I didnt get a pic until she had bolted toward them and just out the back yard gate. That's cool!

Yep. Wish u and Doc R and Barry and Neal were here Rog but the lake is down and water is warm and im not catching any big cats or whites. I got boat running finally but the heat has moved them down the lake already.

EVERY doe viciously attacks any bucks in velvet that get close. The bucks never rear up and strike back but run to keep the bitches from whacking them. Quite the contrast to after the rut when their antlers are hard and the bucks, run down from the rut by then, put the horns to any doe that gets near their food. Light coat of Vaseline on the front end before hand helps cleaning bugs off. Use a sponge or rag. Seriously. Attracts dust, but the bugs are easier to clean off.
