That's what I use for charcoal.

Decided to cook up a ribeye last night. BMS score 6-7 with decent marbling. Just salt and pepper.

This is before it got seasoned

Toss some charcoal in the grill and light it up!

Looks great, and perfectly cooked!

Was it so much better than a high-quality steak that does not cost as much as a Wagyu Steak?

Hank, good cook !

I got a question though, must have missed something, somewhere, maybe.

You got 2 boxes of porterhouse & 2 boxes of picanha.

Where did the wagyu ribeye, come from ?

They definitely don't! Sucker puts out some serious heat though.

Thanks! These are pretty low score steaks compared to a lot of other wagyu which makes them more affordable. The beef in Ketchikan isn't much cheaper than these are.....

I had also ordered 2 ribeyes with the other meat, I just took them out of the box in NY so it could all fit into the cooler box to transport it to AK. The next question is what to cook next.......one of the porterhouse is going to be for my birthday next month.
