105 right now. I should be in the AC having a cold cocktail. But, alas, here I am watering trees.

It's a hot year so far. This June was the hottest ever recorded.

I was warned, but I am here anyway.

48 degree nights sound amazing.
When the water hits the front tire of the ranger, I get to go inside. At least that's what the boss says.

Hit 102 here. Not sure of what the heat index was.

Yeah, it's tough to work in the heat. I've been thinking about moving to the Oregon coast to escape the inland heat but being close to retirement I think I'll just stick it out a little longer then go to Wyoming.

How well do you handle cold, windy, and grim?

Tell me about it. This morning loading the truck I had to put a long sleeve shirt on since the cloud cover, our morning “marine layer” hadn’t burned off yet. When I was returning from the barge terminal at 1:00 it was almost 80*…..too hot. I’ll take the 60* mornings over 80* afternoons. 😀

Love the cold. Hate the wind. Not sure what you mean by grim but it doesn't sound like fun does it? LOL

Last week or so we were decent, around the 80 mark and not much humidity. Supposed to be 90's next week and I'm sure the humidity will ramp up. I don't mind the heat, the humidity can suck balls.

Buddy sent me a pick of the temp on his truck dash. He's in yuma. 116 fricken degrees. He loves it

I'll take cold anyway of week. I can dress for cold, I dress for heat and cops will get called

Just did a project for a fella that had a house here but lived in Florida. He says "F it's hot here, I'm burning up and I don't sweat!" He couldn't wait to go back home. The opposite of how most view humidity. I'd rather be dead than live in high heat with high humidity. Life's too short.

Just dress the same as you always do.

Jeans, t shirt, button up shirt, wool socks and boots.

It's easy!

Not that hot here, but high 90s every day is hot enough, especially with Florida humidity.
