Looking for some 375 H&H ammo with 300gr A Frame or Partition’s. Buddy of mine is going on a Cape Buffalo hunt and can’t find any ammo available. If you have a box or 2 to spare let me know.
Thanks
Nash

What would be a fair price on this ammo, in todays market?

That is a great question, hitandmiss, some calibers of ammo is plentiful and some calibers are very scarce. I paid $38 for a box of 257 Roberts a year and a half ago and felt I paid too much. Fast forward to today and that’s a bargain.

So called "plinking" ammo for the venerable .375 ouch & ouch can be in the neighborhood of $3-5+ per round. Hunting or premium ammo is... Well, it's premium. And that's if you can find any.
While I saw a'plenty on the shelves in AK even during the last panic, I don't recall coming across much if any in MT in the last 2 years. Then again, I haven't been looking, YMMV, etc., etc.
Best regards, John

I'd say right around $100 a box for premium ammo is fair.

The 375 premium stuff was pushing 100 a box when Trump was in. 338 WM, I could get Core Lokts for 48.00ish a box, now it’s 120.00 if you can find it.

...and there we have it. Even in our rather closed economy here on the 'fire, premium dangerous game ammo for the .375 will run around $5 and up per round.

If I still had mine, I might try to undercut the OP and take that ammo off your hands. Having a rifle full of partitions slung over your shoulder is a comforting thing when Mr Brownandfuzzy pokes his ursine head out of the bushes on the far side of the creek to see what all the commotion is about!
Best regards, all. John

I've got some Partitions, Trophy Bonded Bear Claws and A-Frames in my arsenal, but am hanging on to it to use at this point. Fortunately, Mr. Brown Bear only needed one TBBC last month!
