I have a nice M1 carbine that I took on a recent trade. It is a 6.7 million serial number with a 1-45 dated barrel. Mixture of USGI parts complete the carbine. It has a unusual marked stock, in the slingwell is I-HB with a flaming bomb. The barrel band appears to be a type II but it is a type III that was cut down. Recoil plate is marked SG. There is a hairline crack behind the recoil plate. Barrel has an excellent reading of 1. Please see attached photos. Asking $1300 shipped to your FFL.
