Keep watching GunBroker. Several firms that I ordered from before are listing blued 700 actions again - and considering what everyone else is charging, at a pretty reasonable price, for instanced long & magnum actions (receiver, bolt, & trigger) at $385. Factory's running carbon steel stuff right now - give it a few weeks, when they're running SS and you'll see actions in the mid-400 range.
