Asparagus and onions? Sweet corn...I put extra virgin olive oil and salt with the corn in the foil and set it off the coals so its ready when the meat is done.

I made a pretty good pot of pasta sauce this evening with the serving delayed by visiting neighbors. It's down now and the neighbors left properly tilted as are we.

I gotta say thanks to the Montana ranchers for tonight's dinner...grilled tri tip (can't forget a shout out to Fats, who I think is one of the kings of the tri tip faithful). Thanks, Mr. Jim and Mr. Sam for raising cattle here.
