Epsom salt soak and then apply Neosporin. If it isn't better tomorrow see a DR. I had a small cut on a finger that was like that one day then half my hand turned black the next day. Went to the emergency room and the DR. put me on IV Rocephin. He said if it doesn't respond to Rocephin in a couple of hours I am going to remove most of your hand.

Sometimes you can get it to pop. It will relieve the pressure. Hit it with peroxide and put Neosporin on it. Cover with a bandaid.

Happens to me sometimes. Either just roll on, or if it aggravates you enough, put some triple antibiotic ointment on it and a bandaid. Right as rain in a day or two.

I worked with a guy that smashed his thumb at work and he took a small drill bit and drilled a hole in his thumb nail to release the pressure. Worked ok, but I wouldnt try it

Pretty common practice.

Soak daily for a few days using a solution of hot water and Potassium Permanganate. Over the counter at the drug store. Turn your hand brown, but will cure it. miles

Yep. Blood blister under the nail…. a tiny drill bit, drill just enough to hit blood. Squeeze to get the blood out and it gives a big pain rrelief.

Twist the drill by hand.
Know a guy who didn't.
It grabbed going out the bottom and pulled his thumb up the bit.
Quit cutting when it poked out the bottom.
It was a press too, not a hand drill.
