Dam Rodger I had you pegged as a much bigger dude based on pictures of you here. That KG must be a midget. 😁
Great job on the weight loss.
They say everything happens for a reason. For me that reason is usually because I've made some bad decisions that I need to pay for.

Figure out a Keto diet that keeps your Net Carbs < 20 g./day and meets your nutritional needs, and get some reasonable exercise?Lose ~ a 1/4 lb./day, no sweat. No starvation, no withdrawals. Then Fast occasionally for a coupla days, now and then, for the added health benefits.Lost ~ 40 lbs. of fat, and put on ~ 20 lbs. of muscle. The Human body knows what it is, and will be - if you let it.GR I started a separate thread so as not to have to deal with your guys cult-like attitude. You can check out anytime you like but you can never leave. 🤣🤣 Congrats Roger.

There is an IM fasting for health, weight loss and longevity. thread here. Lots of good, frosted with infantile rage and tantrums. Hold your nose and leaf through it. Help you over there. GR
