GR, I started at 310, down to 230, and for 68 I can still handle my self very well, have 6 big sons, I have the bluff in on them still, keto saved me.

I 've lost 110# in the last 14 months,one meal a day,walk 6 miles,some sit ups,some push ups,no carbs,no junk.
Was weighed when i went into the HOSP.on the 25 th for foot surg.I was was 168 # on the button,down from 278#. Now i m sitting home on the couch in a cast until Sept. Watching what i eat,can t walk,but i m doing my sit ups and push ups,i sure as hell don t want to put any weight back on.I miss my walk.
