I'm not a Taylor Swift fan but I'll have to say that this is going way beyond most entertainers. She's on a US tour that has been setting records for ticket sales. She threw $55 million of the proceeds in a kitty to be divided among her entire tour crew, from top to bottom. It doesn't say how it's to be divided, evenly or pro rated, but it's a very generous move on her part. Most entertainers would just bank the whole thing.
