It's not on their website though a BMI calculator is... you have it but won't link it... because it doesn't exist as you said it did.
Kent But yet, we use it, along with the gender corrections for college athletes, for people every day, to develop and track their health and fitness goals. Good thing you told me. Ha! GR

As low as, simpleton. 10% is optimal. GR No 5% is unhealthy. Kent You say, but then... what do you know? It's a bottom. Ask any competitive athlete. GR "Any competitive athlete" would tell you you're full of shìt.

I take that back, Navy one say's I'm 11.8%
But the calculators online are too simple and caution the results for LBMI are difficult to process simply, and rightfully so.

Kent We use an equation, that has been further corrected for gender based on college athletes. It allows for the development and tracking of individual Health, Fitness, and Diet programs. The... Horror. Ha! GR

Kent Count yourself lucky to have that one, as it is the only one. Once Human, diet and exercise established, little changes with age, and that one is fairly recent. And I'm not selling you anything. I'm educating you, for free. If you need incontrovertible proof, little one? Take a 60-90 day challenge. ... Then see for yourself. GR

Kent 4 lbs to get me back to ~ 10% LBMI. Had a weird virus for a coupla weeks that depressed my metabolism, just like a baby food diet. Quit the gym to rest, 'till I killed it off, but kept eating. Should have Fasted, which would have killed it off quicker. Between the lack of exercise and the depressed metabolism, put on a few pounds. And now they're gone. Simple. And painless. GR

Not gonna read this whole pissing contest. Regular fasting of 16-20 hour periods of good for you in a variety of ways . Eating low carb high protein diets/moderate fat diets is also very good for you. Going into a ketogenic state for certain lengths of time is also good for you. I've done my research including graduate level education.
Is it a blanket treatment for any and all health issues, no. Is it a very simple way to lose weight, yes Does it work as a lifestyle for 98% of people, no.
There are plenty of nuances but the science fits with the results. If you want to know more do some reading.
Lastly, if someone openly states they spend 3 hours a day devoted to exercise, I tune out. Not saying that person is lying but they are or they are a unicorn of sorts.
Make of it what you will

MM Excellent overview mitchellmountain, I would just like to make a few comments. Is it a blanket treatment for any and all health issues, no.Intermittent Fasting and losing weight works incredibly well for people that suffer from Pain related to Inflammation, High Blood Pressure, and Type 2 Diabetes. It has done wonders for me with both inflammation and Borderline High Blood Pressure, I have neither issue now. Friends that had Type 2 Diabetes that follow my program no longer take meds. Is it a very simple way to lose weight, yesIt's not really simple or easy, you need to be disciplined, most people lack that, and I sometimes do as well. The trick is to re-educate yourself and learn how to Eat Intelligently. Eating out of habit and overeating is the norm these days, learning and eating out of necessity takes commitment and is in fact a Lifestyle Choice and not a Diet. Does it work as a lifestyle for 98% of people, no.
It works for any lifestyle, especially for the modern lifestyle that is for the most part sedentary, and especially for persons like me that have incredibly slow metabolisms. Everyone is different, what works for one person, does not work for another. Cheers and thank you for your input ~
